MINDFULNESS APPROACHES TO MENTAL ILLNESS
Often we find that tools and new ways of thinking can make a big difference. Mindfulness excercises are among those tools that can help. They are useful and easy exercises that can help anyone. Some video exercises are posted below, along with an accompanying Powerpoint file.

The video files are: A Presentation by Glenn Derrick, M.A., L.L.P, F.L.E. and White Clad Practitioner & Teacher of the Chan Butzu and Vajrayanna forms of Mindfulness Practice which Glenn learned at the Temple of the Nine Dragons in Mt. Qing Qien, People's Republic of China, and at the Temple of the Ten Thousand Precious Lights of Compassion, Hong Yuan, Tibetan autonomous Region.
